Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Kensington KinderCare center to nurture and inspire young learners. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging classroom where children explore, play, and grow socially, emotionally, and academically. You'll design developmentally appropriate lessons, observe and document progress, and build strong partnerships with families. Working in our inclusive, collaborative culture, you'll receive training and support to grow your career while making a meaningful impact on every child in your care. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate, play-based lessons for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Observe and document children's growth and development. Communicate regularly with families about progress and daily activities. Support children's social-emotional skills and positive behavior. Collaborate with center staff on curriculum and center events. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations. Participate in training and professional development.
