• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for child welfare and education, with experience in preschool and early childhood development.

• Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement educational programs and activities for children
• Provide tutoring and support to students in various subjects
• Utilize Montessori methods to enhance learning experiences
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and children
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for toddler care
• Implement strategies for early intervention when needed
• Incorporate physical education into daily routines

• Experience:

• The successful candidate should possess:
• Experience working with children in a teaching or childcare setting
• Knowledge of childhood development principles
• Strong understanding of child welfare practices
• Familiarity with preschool curriculum

• Skills:

• Nice-to-have skills include:
• Experience in Montessori education
• Ability to communicate effectively with children and adults
• Proficiency in providing toddler care
