Job description We are currently seeking caring, reliable, and energetic Teacher's Aides to join our team. This role supports lead teachers in the classroom and helps create a fun, structured, and safe learning environment for children.

Responsibilities:

Assist lead teacher with daily classroom activities and routines Supervise children to ensure safety at all times Help with lesson preparation and hands-on learning activities Support children with social, emotional, and developmental growth Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment Communicate effectively with team members and families Assist with meals, snacks, and transitions throughout the day

Qualifications:

Must be dependable and punctual Genuine love for working with children Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous childcare experience preferred (but not required)
