Responsibilities Create and deliver developmentally appropriate lesson plans for early learners. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Build positive, trusting relationships with children and families. Observe and document children's progress and communicate with families regularly. Collaborate with teaching team and center leadership on curriculum and activities. Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children. Follow all safety, health, and licensing regulations. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
