Duties Assist in supervising children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Help with carline daily Prepare and pass out snacks Support lead teachers by implementing lesson plans and engaging children in age-appropriate educational activities Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that promotes learning and safety Provide responsive child supervision during transitions, outdoor play, meals, and rest periods Communicate effectively with parents about their child's day and developmental progress Support behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions among children Adapt quickly to different classroom needs and assist wherever necessary to ensure smooth daily operations Requirements Prior experience working with young children in preschool, daycare, or childcare settings preferred Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid and CPR (including pediatric first aid) required or willing to obtain upon hire Ability to follow mandated reporting laws and maintain confidentiality of student information Flexibility to work across different classrooms as needed in a fast-paced environment Join us in creating a joyful learning atmosphere where every child feels valued and supported!
