Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum for preschool children
Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare setting
Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and children on a regular basis
Conduct assessments to monitor children's progress and development
Lead classroom activities that promote social, physical, and cognitive development
Collaborate with other teachers to ensure a cohesive educational experience for all children

Qualifications:

Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Previous experience working with toddlers and preschool-aged children
Knowledge of early intervention strategies and techniques
Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff effectively
Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation in a childcare setting
Experience in deaf education is a plus
Proficiency in math concepts relevant to early childhood education
