Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum for preschool children
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare setting
  • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and children on a regular basis
  • Conduct assessments to monitor children's progress and development
  • Lead classroom activities that promote social, physical, and cognitive development
  • Collaborate with other teachers to ensure a cohesive educational experience for all children
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Previous experience working with toddlers and preschool-aged children
  • Knowledge of early intervention strategies and techniques
  • Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff effectively
  • Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation in a childcare setting
  • Experience in deaf education is a plus
  • Proficiency in math concepts relevant to early childhood education
