Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum for preschool children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare setting
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and children on a regular basis
- Conduct assessments to monitor children's progress and development
- Lead classroom activities that promote social, physical, and cognitive development
- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure a cohesive educational experience for all children
Qualifications:
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Previous experience working with toddlers and preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of early intervention strategies and techniques
- Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff effectively
- Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation in a childcare setting
- Experience in deaf education is a plus
- Proficiency in math concepts relevant to early childhood education
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$12.00- $16.
