Duties Provide visionary leadership in managing daily childcare center operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment for children, staff, and families. Develop and implement innovative curriculum plans that support early childhood development, incorporating best practices in childhood education and special education law. Lead personnel management efforts including supervising staff, facilitating professional development sessions, evaluating faculty performance, and fostering a collaborative team culture. Oversee budgeting processes, manage financial resources effectively, and ensure fiscal responsibility aligned with strategic goals. Ensure compliance with all educational regulations, licensing requirements, health and safety standards, and legal obligations related to early childhood education. Coordinate fundraising activities to support program enhancements and facility improvements while building strong community relationships. Facilitate school-wide meetings, public speaking engagements, and stakeholder communications to promote transparency and shared vision. Skills Extensive experience in education administration within K-12 or early childhood settings with a focus on school experience and classroom management. Proven expertise in curriculum development tailored to early childhood development stages. Strong leadership skills demonstrated through team leadership, personnel management in education, and senior leadership roles. Deep understanding of educational compliance, regulation standards, special education law, and school legal knowledge. Skilled in strategic planning, managing budgets as an executive education administrator, and fundraising initiatives. Excellent communication skills for public speaking, faculty evaluation, professional development facilitation in schools, and community engagement. Ability to supervise school staff effectively while fostering a positive work environment focused on growth and excellence. Pay:
