What Your Day Might Look Like You will work primarily with infants or toddlers , while occasionally helping in other classrooms when needed.

You may spend your day:

Creating fun, hands-on learning experiences Exploring outdoors and encouraging nature-based play Reading stories, singing songs, making art, and joining imaginative play Helping children develop social, emotional, and developmental skills Comforting little ones and helping them through big feelings Serving meals and snacks and assisting with daily routines Keeping the classroom clean, organized, and safe Building positive relationships with families and coworkers Providing attentive, dependable supervision And yes…some days you may settle a block-tower disagreement, blow bubbles, answer 100 questions, wipe a few tears, get covered in glitter, and receive a priceless macaroni necklace — all before lunch.
