What You May Do Depending on your experience, interests, and our daily program needs, you may: Work with infants and toddlers, providing nurturing care, play, exploration, and learning experiences Assist in our preschool classrooms Help children explore nature and learn through hands-on experiences Support classroom routines, meals, outdoor play, and transitions Welcome school-age children after school and help create an afternoon they enjoy Plan simple, fun activities, art, games, outdoor adventures, and opportunities for children to relax and connect Build positive relationships with children, families, and other Timber Ridge team members We aren't looking for someone who simply wants to watch children. We are looking for someone who wants to know them, encourage them, laugh with them, teach them, and become an important part of their day.
