Job Description

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Preschool and Toddler daycare teacher who is passionate about working with children of all ages, with a primary focus on one of the two classrooms. This role involves creating a safe, enriching, and inclusive space for children to grow and thrive. We encourage teachers to bring their authentic selves to work, embrace spontaneity, and provide consistent care while respecting the unique needs of every child.
Responsibilities:
Provide a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for children of all ages. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage development and learning. Support children with special needs, adapting activities to meet their unique requirements. Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members. Follow daily schedules and routines while remaining flexible to meet the needs of the group. Communicate with families about their child's progress and daily activities. Assist with meals, naps, and diapering/potty training as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the classroom and play areas.
Qualifications:
A love for working with children and helping them grow. Experience in childcare or early childhood education is a plus, but not required. Patience, kindness, and a team-oriented mindset.
