Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children in our care. Your role will involve supervising children, organizing activities, and ensuring their well-being. Duties:

• Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate learning and development
• Create a structured daily routine for children
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Change diapers and assist with potty training
• Provide basic first aid when necessary
• Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
• Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children in a daycare, babysitting, or classroom setting
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques
• Ability to provide a nurturing and supportive environment for children
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
• Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in dealing with different personalities and situations
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
• Education or coursework related to early childhood education or special education (preferred)
