Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children in our care. Your role will involve supervising children, organizing activities, and ensuring their well-being. If you have a passion for working with children and are committed to their growth and development, we would love to hear from you.Duties:
- Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate learning and development
- Create a structured daily routine for children
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Change diapers and assist with potty training
- Provide basic first aid when necessary
- Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare, babysitting, or classroom setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques
- Ability to provide a nurturing and supportive environment for children
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in dealing with different personalities and situations
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
- Education or coursework related to early childhood education or special education (preferred)
