Doctorate/Master's degree in Human Services OR Master's degree with at least 18 graduate semester hours in any combination of the following subject areas based upon the courses being taught: counseling, criminal justice/criminology, education/special education, gerontology, guidance and counseling, human development, education, mental health, public health, psychology, social and behavioral science, social work, sociology, substance abuse/addiction, urban studies/urban education
