Desired Qualifications:

Valid Arizona Special Education Teaching certification required Experience supporting K-4 students with diverse learning needs is a plus Strong understanding of IEP development and compliance Skilled in delivering specially designed instruction tailored to individual goals Collaborative mindset with a talent for working effectively with colleagues, families, and related service providers Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing case files

Core Responsibilities:

Provide specially designed instruction based on each students individualized education plan (IEP) Manage a caseload of K-4 students, maintaining accurate documentation and ongoing communication with staff and families Develop comprehensive, compliant IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Monitor student progress using data-driven assessments, making adjustments as needed to ensure growth Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations Collaborate regularly with classroom teachers, specialists, and administrators to maximize student supports This position offers a unique opportunity to advocate for and empower students at a foundational stage in their education.
