Desired Qualifications:

Valid Arizona DHH Certification (required) Active Arizona IVP Fingerprint Card (required) Previous experience within a school setting is highly valued Strong communication skills, creativity, and collaborative mindset Dedication to serving students with diverse learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct instruction and support to students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing, both one-on-one and in small groups Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in conjunction with multidisciplinary teams Collaborate closely with general education teachers, specialists, and families to promote student success and access to curriculum Advocate for accommodations, assistive technology, and accessible resources Monitor and report progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed to meet student goals Cultivate an inclusive, supportive classroom environment that honors all communication modalities In this role, you'll enjoy weekly pay, comprehensive health care, dental and vision coverage, and 401k retirement planning to support your well-being and future.
