Position Details:

Full-time schedule: Monday, Thursday & Friday from 7:40am2:50pm; Wednesday from 8:40am2:50pm Contract duration: November 2, 2026 May 28, 2027, with the possibility of an earlier start date Elementary classroom (mild/moderate support) Consistent 40 hours per week On-site position

Skills & Experience Sought:

Active Special Education Teacher certification (or eligibility for certification) Experience supporting elementary-aged students with a variety of learning abilities Familiarity with developing and adapting Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment Flexibility and resourcefulness in meeting diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and small group instruction to elementary students Adapt lessons and materials for diverse learning needs Track student progress and assess outcomes in partnership with the team Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant regulations Engage and communicate with families and support staff Provide input for IEPs and participate in meetings as needed Envision inspiring growth and confidence in your students as a valued part of a collaborative school community.
