Qualifications:

Valid Special Education teaching certification. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing IEPs. Strong ability to adapt lessons for diverse learning styles and needs. Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and colleagues. Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide targeted instruction to students with varying disabilities in both resource and inclusive settings. Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's strengths and areas for growth. Document student progress and adjust teaching approaches as needed for optimal learning outcomes.
