Requirements Proven experience teaching middle school students in diverse classroom settings, including working with students from varied cultural backgrounds and those with special education needs. Strong knowledge of core subjects such as Math (including Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus), Literacy Education, Creative Writing, and Science disciplines. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and curriculum implementation standards. Excellent communication skills for effective classroom management, parent engagement, and teacher collaboration. Ability to utilize learning technology platforms and educational software to enrich lessons. Experience in classroom management techniques that promote positive behavior and student engagement. Demonstrated understanding of childhood development principles and the ability to adapt instruction accordingly.
