Responsibilities include:

Delivering evidence-based instruction and support in an onsite autistic classroom for early childhood and elementary caseloads Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to meet the needs of each student Collaborating closely with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to promote student progress Managing classroom routines and behavior supports with sensitivity and consistency Collecting and analyzing data to inform instructional decisions and support ongoing student growth Participating actively in staff meetings, professional development, and IEP meetings To be considered, you should have: Valid Kansas Special Education (SPED) teaching license (required) Experience working with students with intensive needs, particularly in early childhood or elementary settings Strong understanding of evidence-based practices for students with autism spectrum disorders Excellent communication, organization, and data-collection skills The ability and desire to work onsite consistently throughout the school year A passion for helping students achieve their fullest potential Youll collaborate with an expert team and benefit from engaging professional challenges each day.
