The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that fosters the growth and development of all students. The Lead Teacher will be instrumental in implementing curriculum and ensuring that each child's unique needs are met. Conduct assessments and utilize data to inform instruction and improve student outcomes. Collaborate with special education staff to support students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Provide early intervention strategies for students requiring additional support. Foster communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities. Utilize learning technology to enhance educational experiences. Support children with diverse needs, including those with autism and developmental disabilities. Oversee classroom activities, ensuring safety and adherence to child welfare standards. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices. Skills Strong classroom management abilities to maintain an effective learning environment. Experience in curriculum development tailored to various learning styles. Knowledge of early childhood education principles, including toddler care and preschool experience. Proficiency in behavior management techniques and behavioral therapy strategies.
