Full-Time | September-December 2026 Looking for a shorter-term SPED opportunity with strong classroom support? Soliant Education is seeking a licensed Special Education Teacher for an elementary maternity leave assignment. Position Highlights K-2 cross-categorical classroom Maximum 15 students 3 classroom paraprofessionals 50-minute daily planning period Duty-free 40-minute lunch 35+ hours per week School day runs approximately 8:30 AM-3:30 PM Qualifications Active Michigan Special Education Certification required Elementary Special Education experience preferred Experience with cross-categorical populations preferred AAC or TD Snap knowledge is a plus This is a strong fit for a licensed teacher seeking a structured classroom, additional adult support, and a defined contract through Christmas break.
