Monitor student progress regularly through assessments and performance data analysis; adjust instruction accordingly. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance, behavioral concerns, and developmental milestones via parent-teacher meetings and written reports. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, lesson planning, and school initiatives to ensure consistent educational standards. Maintain accurate records of student grades and behavioral incidents in compliance with educational regulations.
