Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Minnesota Licensed Elementary School Teacher to join our dynamic educational team on a flexible basis. This position will primarily focus on teaching physical education with the potential to teach addition special classes and/or provide academic interventions. Monitor student progress regularly through assessments and performance data analysis; adjust instruction accordingly. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance, behavioral concerns, and developmental milestones via parent-teacher meetings and written reports. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, lesson planning, and school initiatives to ensure consistent educational standards. Maintain accurate records of student grades and behavioral incidents in compliance with educational regulations.
