Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Minnesota Licensed Elementary School Teacher to join our dynamic educational team on a flexible basis. This position will primarily focus on teaching physical education with the potential to teach addition special classes and/or provide academic interventions. This role offers the opportunity to inspire young learners, foster their growth, and support their social-emotional development across diverse classroom settings. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a commitment to nurturing each child's unique learning journey. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards. Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate various learning styles and special education needs. Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management strategies, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Monitor student progress regularly through assessments and performance data analysis; adjust instruction accordingly. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance, behavioral concerns, and developmental milestones via parent-teacher meetings and written reports. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, lesson planning, and school initiatives to ensure consistent educational standards. Maintain accurate records of student grades and behavioral incidents in compliance with educational regulations. Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, curriculum implementation, classroom management, and educational compliance.
