Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Previous experience working as a paraprofessional, especially within school settings Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs, including those in self-contained classrooms Knowledge of basic educational principles and classroom management strategies Patience, strong communication skills, and a positive, flexible attitude Ability to collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework related to education or special education is preferred

Key Responsibilities:
