Qualifications:

Active North Carolina Special Education teaching certification Experience in resource and/or self-contained settings preferred Experience teaching virtually across K-12 Ability to differentiate instruction and provide individualized support Experience working with students with diverse learning needs Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide direct academic and functional instruction Monitor and document student progress Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families Ensure compliance with state and district special education requirements
