Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our vibrant classroom dedicated to children aged 1 to 2 years old. Collaborate with colleagues to design curriculum development strategies that incorporate Montessori principles and innovative teaching methods. Monitor and document each child's progress using standardized testing tools and observational assessments to tailor instruction effectively. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's development, milestones, and classroom experiences. Maintain classroom organization, manage daily routines, and ensure compliance with child welfare regulations and daycare standards. Support children's social skills through guided play, physical activities, and behavioral reinforcement techniques. Experience Prior classroom experience working with children aged 1 to 2 years old in daycare or preschool settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention strategies, and special education practices. Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and implementing literacy education programs for toddlers. Familiarity with classroom management techniques that promote positive behavior and child welfare. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with parents, colleagues, and administrative staff. Proven ability to manage a dynamic classroom environment while ensuring safety and engagement for all students.
