Experience Prior classroom experience working with children aged 1 to 2 years old in daycare or preschool settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention strategies, and special education practices. Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and implementing literacy education programs for toddlers. Familiarity with classroom management techniques that promote positive behavior and child welfare. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with parents, colleagues, and administrative staff. Proven ability to manage a dynamic classroom environment while ensuring safety and engagement for all students.
