Key Qualifications and Experience:

NJ Special Education Teacher certification (or eligibility) Passion for working with diverse learners, including those with unique learning needs Experience teaching or supporting students in middle or high school grades Ability to create inclusive, engaging lesson plans and adapt strategies to varied learners Strong communication and collaborative skills for working with students, families, and related service providers Flexibility and creativity in navigating both academic and transitional instruction

Responsibilities Include:
