What You'll Bring:
461 Certification for Moderate to Severe Special Education (required) Prior experience working with students on IEPs and 504 Plans preferred Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) Strong collaboration skills with teachers, therapists, and families Dedication to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment
Your Responsibilities:
Teach and support a full-time caseload: 22 students with IEPs and 28 students with 504 Plans Design and implement differentiated instruction based on student needs Monitor and document student progress, meeting all compliance standards Communicate proactively with parents and interdisciplinary team members Adapt and apply innovative teaching strategies for students with varying abilities
