Responsibilities Deliver instruction across multiple subjects, including literacy, math, early childhood education. Utilize educational technology and learning tools to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. Manage classroom behavior effectively, employing behavior management strategies tailored for students with disabilities or developmental challenges. Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to share progress, discuss concerns, and coordinate support strategies. Collaborate with fellow educators, therapists, and support staff to develop instructional modifications and ensure educational compliance. Assess student progress through formative assessments and observational data to inform instructional adjustments. Skills Experience working with children with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, visual impairments, or other special needs. Proficiency in classroom management techniques and behavior management for students with behavioral challenges. Willing to learn how to implement curriculum and write lesson plans. Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration. Ability to adapt teaching strategies based on student needs while maintaining compliance with educational and daycare regulations. Pay:
