Collaborate with parents and caregivers to create personalized potty training plans tailored to each child's needs. Use creative arts such as choreography, dance instruction, theater activities, and musical instruments to make learning engaging and memorable. Incorporate early childhood development principles and behavior management strategies to support children's emotional and physical growth. Organize activities that integrate culinary experiences, cooking projects, or photography to enhance sensory development during potty training routines. Maintain detailed records of each child's progress, challenges, and successes to ensure consistent support and communication with families. Qualifications Experience working with children in preschool or early childhood education settings. Strong background in curriculum development, classroom management, and behavior management techniques. Knowledge of childhood development principles and special education strategies. Skills in teaching visual & performing arts, including dance (ballet), theater, music (instrumental performance), choreography, and creative arts instruction. Ability to plan engaging lessons involving sewing, cooking, photography, or other creative activities that support learning milestones. Experience in tutoring or adult education is a plus for developing versatile teaching approaches.
