Proficiency in classroom management techniques and behavior management for students with behavioral challenges. Willing to learn how to implement curriculum and write lesson plans. Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration. Ability to adapt teaching strategies based on student needs while maintaining compliance with educational and daycare regulations.
