Join the team at YWCA Greater Green Bay and make a difference in the lives of children and families every day. We are currently seeking passionate, dedicated Early Learning Instructors for our:
Infant Room Two-Year-Old Classroom School Age Program Schedule:
Monday-Friday Full-time hours available
What You'll Do:
Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences that inspire curiosity and growth. Foster positive relationships with children and families. Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom environment. Collaborate with fellow educators to provide high-quality early childhood programming. Implement positive guidance techniques to encourage independence, confidence, and self-regulation.
Qualifications:
We're looking for educators who are: Wisconsin Registry Level 6 or higher Passionate about working with children and supporting their development Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Strong communicators with children, families, and coworkers Knowledgeable in child development and age-appropriate practices
