- A bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
- Experience teaching Algebra I or middle school mathematics
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction for a range of learners
- A student-centered approach to teaching
- Flexibility, collaboration, and a genuine interest in working with middle school students Responsibilities include teaching Algebra I, assessing student learning, maintaining student records, collaborating with the Middle School Math Department, and supporting continuity of instruction throughout the assignment.
