Paradise Valley, AZ Job Details Full-time $33.75 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications School experience Teamwork Experience working with middle schoolers Working with students Algebra Full Job Description Long-Term Substitute, 8th Grade Math Phoenix Country Day School is seeking a long-term substitute to teach 8th Grade Algebra .
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
  • Experience teaching Algebra I or middle school mathematics
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Ability to differentiate instruction for a range of learners
  • A student-centered approach to teaching
  • Flexibility, collaboration, and a genuine interest in working with middle school students Responsibilities include teaching Algebra I, assessing student learning, maintaining student records, collaborating with the Middle School Math Department, and supporting continuity of instruction throughout the assignment.
