Qualifications and Experience:

Recent experience as a paraprofessional or instructional aide within a school environment Familiarity with supporting students in a variety of academic and/or behavioral needs Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow directions and take initiative Patience and dedication to fostering a positive classroom atmosphere Experience working with special education populations is highly valued
