Job Description

Qualifications:
Experience working as a paraprofessional in school settings preferred Familiarity with creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment Ability to follow teacher instructions and collaborate with staff Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Patience, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to helping students succeed High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification is a plus
Role Responsibilities:
Provide instructional and behavioral support to individual students or small groups Assist teachers with classroom management and implementation of lesson plans Support students with academic tasks, assignments, and activities Foster a positive, respectful, and safe classroom culture Aid students with special needs by following individualized education plans (IEPs), when applicable Help supervise students during daily transitions, breaks, and activities Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times If you're driven by enthusiasm for helping young learners progress, this is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your education career. to bring your skills, compassion, and dedication to a supportive school community and make a difference each day!
