Job Description
Infant Toddler Teacher Assistant (12 ECE Units Required) Montessori at the Park is currently hiring a full-time Infant/Toddler Teacher Assistant to join our caring and supportive team in Rancho Santa Margarita. If you are passionate about early childhood education, enjoy working with infants and toddlers, and are looking for a positive workplace where you can grow professionally, we'd love to meet you! Qualifications Minimum of 12 ECE units (required) Experience working in an infant or toddler classroom preferred Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices Positive, dependable, patient, and nurturing Strong communication and teamwork skills Current Pediatric CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain) Must meet all California Community Care Licensing requirements Montessori experience is a plus but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate.
