Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities
• Support lead teachers in creating a safe and engaging classroom atmosphere
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective classroom management
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members
• Implement behavior management techniques when necessary
• Provide individualized attention to students to support their learning needs
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment
• Support lead teachers in monitoring student progress and providing feedback to parents/guardians

Requirements:

• Knowledge or experience in childhood development, daycare, or related fields
• Familiarity with classroom dynamics and lesson planning
• Experience working with students or children in an educational setting is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a team
• Passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
