Job Description
Job Summary:
Join our team as an Assistant Teacher where you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational development of students. As an Assistant Teacher, you will work closely with lead teachers to create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment. Your responsibilities will include assisting in lesson planning, implementing educational activities, and providing care for students.Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities
- Support lead teachers in creating a safe and engaging classroom atmosphere
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective classroom management
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members
- Implement behavior management techniques when necessary
- Provide individualized attention to students to support their learning needs
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment
- Support lead teachers in monitoring student progress and providing feedback to parents/guardians
Requirements:
- Knowledge or experience in childhood development, daycare, or related fields
- Familiarity with classroom dynamics and lesson planning
- Experience working with students or children in an educational setting is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a team
- Passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
