Support individual students and small groups during lessons. Help prepare classroom materials, learning centers, and instructional resources. Reinforce classroom expectations and assist with behavior management. Supervise students during transitions, recess, lunch, and other school activities. Help maintain a safe, organized, and positive classroom environment. Assist with grading, record keeping, and classroom organization as directed. Encourage student engagement, confidence, and independence. Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student success. Maintain open, professional communication with families when appropriate. Qualifications Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred (or working toward a degree in Education or a related field). Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and families. Strong organizational and communication skills. Must successfully complete all required background screenings.
