What You'll Do Build positive, supportive relationships with children and your Site Director. Plan and lead engaging activities, games, crafts, and enrichment experiences. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment. Communicate professionally with families, staff, and administration. Supervise children while promoting respect, responsibility, and inclusion. Document incidents and complete required reports accurately. Assist with ordering supplies and maintaining activity materials. Support half-day, school break, and day-off programming as needed. Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training.
