9704466-01702 Job Description Embark on a rewarding opportunity supporting high school students near Framingham, MA in a full-time, contract-based role designed for a skilled Paraprofessional or Behavior Specialist. This position offers an immediate start and is anticipated to run through June 15, 2027, with the potential for extension should a permanent candidate not be secured. Youll be the go-to professional for a high school caseload, working either one-on-one or within classroom settings, where your strong ABA background and behavior management expertise will make a meaningful impact.

Qualifications and Experience:

Current, active BT or RBT certification/license in Massachusetts (credentialed candidates highly preferred) Minimum one year of school-based experience Significant ABA knowledge, specifically in behavior intervention and support Comfortable providing both 1:1 and classroom-based assistance as required Willing and able to complete CORI and fingerprinting requirements Onsite availability for 32.5 hours per week with a consistent, full-time schedule For RBT applicants: please note that district supervision is not provided for this contract Genuine passion for supporting students in high school environments
