Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Previous experience working as a paraprofessional in an academic environment Empathetic and calm demeanor, with strong interpersonal skills Able to establish rapport with students, especially those who respond well to male support Willingness to work in a 1:1 setting, supporting a student throughout the entire school day Reliability and adaptability in a changing school environment Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
