Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote literacy education and early childhood development. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Provide attentive care for children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met throughout the day Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting positive interactions among students. Assess and document children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's growth and development. Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning. Qualifications Minimum High School Diploma or College Degree in related field preferred. Experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles and effective teaching strategies. Strong skills in lesson planning and classroom management. Familiarity with Montessori methods is a plus. Excellent communication skills to engage with students, parents, and staff effectively.
