Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student development and address any concerns. Work effectively with children with disabilities, ensuring inclusivity within the classroom. Requirements A background in childhood development or related fields is preferred. Experience working with children is advantageous. Familiarity with classroom management strategies. Knowledge of literacy education practices and math instruction for early learners. Ability to create an engaging learning environment that meets the diverse needs of students.
