Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing engaging lesson plans focused on early childhood development, literacy, math, and social skills. Support classroom management by supervising children during activities, transitions, and outdoor play to ensure safety and positive behavior. Foster inclusive learning environments by working effectively with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities, including those with special needs or disabilities. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children's progress, behaviors, and classroom events to build strong partnerships. Utilize educational technologies and computers to enhance learning experiences and support curriculum delivery. Maintain compliance with educational regulations such as Step up to Quality and Ohio Child Care Licensing and uphold safety standards through first aid and CPR certification. Collaborate with teachers on behavior management strategies and classroom organization to promote optimal learning outcomes. Experience Prior experience working with young children in educational or childcare settings is highly preferred, but not required. Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom behavior management, and early childhood education best practices. Familiarity with teaching literacy, math concepts, and tutoring techniques tailored for early learners. Strong communication skills for effective parent interactions and team collaboration. Proven ability to manage classroom behavior positively while fostering a nurturing environment. Pay:

$12.25 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 28.0 - 40.0 per week
