You will have the opportunity to work directly with high school-aged students who have mild to moderate needs, providing assistance in one-on-one, small-group, and classroom settings. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

High school diploma (required) Previous experience working as a paraprofessional or in a school setting preferred Genuine interest in working with high school students, particularly those with mild to moderate learning or behavioral challenges Ability to follow teacher instructions and implement educational plans Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team

Key Responsibilities:
