Whirlyball Cleveland is seeking candidates to join our team at an exciting and very successful entertainment business that has operated for nearly 40 years! As an activity lead and referee, you will assist with event management and facilitate customers having fun and memorable experiences. The ideal candidate brings a positive energy, fun attitude, and is versatile to learn and manage multiple different entertainment activities at the location (Whirlyball, Laser-tag, Bowling, and Arcade games).

Qualifications:

• Attentive listening skills and eye for customer service
• Ability to work with all ages of adults and children
• Flexibility to work up to 20 hours per week, primary on weekends and afternoon / evenings
• Results oriented, customer service focused, and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and customers
• Valid drivers license in good standing or access to transportation to and from work
• Able to walk and stand for long periods, and lift up to 40 pounds The Activity Lead is responsible for the activities, including, but not limited to:
• Train customer groups, referee games, and support Whirlyball operations
• Train customer groups, referee games, and support Laser-Tag operations
• Train customer groups and support Bowling Lanes operations
• Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment issues (training provided)
• Collaborate with management and staff to prioritize requests and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Respond promptly to customer concerns and escalate to management if needed
• Perform general facilities cleaning and housekeeping tasks
• Assist with event prep and clean-up / closing of facility
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
